MEET OUR TEAM

LEADING STAFF

Our current staff is made up of passionate student leaders dedicated to environmental advocacy and community engagement. They oversee LNCP’s day-to-day operations within schools—coordinating cleanups, organizing volunteer opportunities, managing internal communications, and ensuring smooth collaboration between school chapters and community partners. From leading club meetings to maintaining our conservation projects, they serve as the driving force behind LNCP’s mission to protect and preserve our natural spaces.

NATHAN MANU

After joining LNCP in August 2024, Nathan has made significant strides in advancing the organization’s mission of environmental excellence. He was appointed President in May 2025 and will continue to serve in this role moving forward!

FOUNDING STAFF

Founded in April 2024, LNCP was built by a dedicated group of students passionate about conservation and community service. While these founding members now serve in a reduced capacity, they continue to support the organization through mentorship, strategic guidance, and occasional project involvement. Their legacy and leadership remain integral to LNCP’s continued growth and impact.

RYAN NISAY

Growing up in the Potomac Falls Region, Ryan serves as the founder & head director of the Loudoun Nature Conservation Project Non-Profit organization, his vision is to inspire students, among youth and in communities, to become more environmentally conscious and aid through community service.

Although he am no longer at the forefront of LNCP’s operations, he still works behind the scenes! And will be attending Cornell University with a Full Ride

Christian Shire

With a background in environmental sciences, Christian Shire co-founded the Loudoun organization as a means to address the pressing environmental challenges facing our community. Drawing on expertise and passion, he strive to make a meaningful impact through conservation initiatives.

Carter Lepuil

Musically orientated and having arrived in Virginia just two years ago, Carter Lepuil found a compelling reason to join the Loudoun Nature Conservation Project. Drawn by the organization’s commitment to environmental preservation and community engagement,

Carter joined the team with enthusiasm, believing that through collaboration and dedication, positive change can be achieved for both the environment and the community.

Carter will be attending Boston Conservatory at Berklee
